Garlic Croutons
🥘 Ingredients

extra virgin olive oil3 tbsp

garlic (minced)2 cloves

parmesan cheese2 tbsp

1Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2In a small bowl, combine extra virgin olive oil with garlic (minced) and whisk for 30 seconds.extra virgin olive oil: 3 tbsp, garlic (minced): 2 cloves

3Transfer to a fine-mesh strainer set over a large bowl and press with the back of a spoon to extract as much oil as possible, leaving garlic behind.

4Reserve pressed garlic separately.

5Add bread cubes to garlic oil and toss to coat.bread cubes

6Add parmesan cheese , toss again, and season to taste with kosher salt and black pepper .parmesan cheese: 2 tbsp, kosher salt, black pepper

7Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet.

8Bake until croutons are pale golden brown and crisp, about ⏱️ 15 minutes .

9Remove from oven and toss with parmesan cheese{2%tbsp}.

10Allow to cool.
